Service description
The App allows merchants to add an AI-powered chat bot to their Shopify storefront. The bot answers customer questions using store product data and configured settings.
Credits and billing
  • Access to the App is provided via subscription-based credits.
  • Additional credits may be purchased as top-ups.
  • Credits are consumed when the chat bot processes messages.
  • All purchases, including subscriptions and credit top-ups, are non-refundable.
  • If you uninstall the App or request data deletion, all associated data and credits are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
AI disclaimer
Chat responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. You are responsible for configuring the bot appropriately and monitoring its responses.
Ownership
You own your store data and conversation history. We retain all rights to the App, software, and underlying technology.
Acceptable use
You may not use the App for unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UPCODE SRL is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or outcomes resulting from chat bot responses.
